SERVICES PROVIDED
Advanced Termite and Pest Control is a family-owned termite and pest control company serving eastern North Carolina. Our services include, but are not limited to, termite control, ant control, mosquito control, rodent control, spider control, and home inspection services.
All pest control services are performed by trained and licensed technicians in accordance with applicable state and local regulations. The specific scope of work, treatment methods, and any applicable warranties or guarantees will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the commencement of services.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

SCHEDULING AND APPOINTMENTS
Appointments for pest control services can be scheduled by contacting us via phone at (252) 229-7221, by email at chris@enchomeinspector.com, or through the contact form on our website at advancedtpc.com.
We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your preferred scheduling times. However, appointment times are subject to availability and may be affected by weather conditions, emergency service calls, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible if a scheduled appointment needs to be rescheduled.
By scheduling an appointment, you agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the areas of your property that require treatment. You are responsible for preparing the treatment area in accordance with any pre-service instructions provided by our technicians.
Payment Terms
Payment terms and pricing for services will be provided prior to the start of any work. By authorizing services, you agree to pay all fees associated with the services rendered.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept various forms of payment, details of which will be discussed at the time of service.
If payment is not received within the agreed-upon timeframe, we reserve the right to suspend future services and pursue collection of outstanding balances. You may also be responsible for any collection costs or fees incurred as a result of non-payment.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice by calling us at (252) 229-7221 or emailing chris@enchomeinspector.com.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in the requirement of a deposit for future service appointments.
Advanced Termite and Pest Control reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, safety concerns, or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, we will make every effort to contact you and arrange an alternative appointment at your earliest convenience.
Warranties and Guarantees
Any warranties or service guarantees associated with our pest control treatments will be communicated to you in writing at the time of service. The terms, duration, and conditions of any warranty may vary depending on the type of treatment and pest involved.
Warranties are generally contingent upon the customer following all recommended post-treatment instructions and maintaining the property in a condition that supports effective pest control. Failure to comply with post-treatment instructions may void applicable warranties.
To the extent permitted by law, all services are provided “as is,” and we make no additional warranties, expressed or implied, beyond those specifically stated in writing at the time of service.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Advanced Termite and Pest Control, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services or website.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.
Advanced Termite and Pest Control is not responsible for any damage to property that results from pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to structural damage caused by pest infestations that existed prior to our treatment. We are also not liable for any adverse reactions to treatment products when all label instructions and safety guidelines have been followed.
